Hub helps Clowes Developments secure planning permission
We’re delighted to have helped Clowes Developments secure permission to construct seven light industrial units totalling 93,400 sq ft.
This is the second phase of their wider Congleton development, which includes plans for 175 homes, a 19,000 sq ft food store, and further mixed employment uses.
Our transport planning support included the design of cycling infrastructure and access junctions, and preparing Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
The planning team was led by Asteer Planning and also included Whittam Cox Architects.
We’re proud to have been involved with the project right from the outset, helping land promoter Richborough Estates secure outline planning permission for the scheme.
