On larger applications many of our clients are keen to undertake pre-application public consultation events and many authorities expect developers to undertake such events and to consider the feedback from such events.

Hub Transport Planning has extensive experience in the area.  We provide draft plans of the proposed access arrangements and details of likely development impact, alongside plans and inputs from the rest of the development team, and invite face-to-face feedback from the general public, councillors, and other local representatives including emergency services.
