Feasibility and Appraisal
One of the first tasks we often undertake for landowners and developers is an initial feasibility appraisal for access (all modes) and access options, with particular reference to land ownership, adopted highway land, highway safety, local policies, initial topography or other site constraints.
Access options are not always straightforward and we will always be prepared to seek innovative solutions, highlighting any risks or constraints of such an approach as necessary.
This advice can assist our clients in unlocking the full development potential of a site that might otherwise appear to be heavily constrained or undeliverable due to access.
We undertake feasibility and appraisal work on either a desktop or site visit basis, with or without local authority contact thereby offering our clients complete discretion if circumstances necessitate such an approach.
